Complaint Against OMB on FOIA Compliance Regarding the CBO

Amidst increasing attacks from the White House on the nonpartisan Congressional scorekeeper, the Congressional Budget Office, Protect Democracy filed FOIA requests for communications with the Administration's Office of Management and Budget, aimed at revealing any plans to undermine or eliminate the CBO. failed to comply with the FOIA request, Protect Democracy filed suit to compel compliance.
