FOIA Responses from the Department of Health and Human Services about Advertising for Affordable Care Act Enrollment

On February 15, 2017, Protect Democracy sent a FOIA request to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regarding the decision to discontinue advertising to encourage people to enroll in health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Protect Democracy has sued to get these documents, and the case is currently being litigated. See The Protect Democracy Project v. U.S. Dep’t of Health and Human Servs., 1:17-cv-792-RDM (D.D.C. Apr. 28, 2017). Below are the documents that we have received so far.
